At Sol Society, every class is intentionally small and curated to deliver a high-touch, luxury experience. With limited reformers and high demand, each reservation holds real value.

When a spot is reserved and not used—or canceled last minute—it prevents another client from taking that space and disrupts the flow of our fully booked schedule.

Cancelling within 4 hours of the start of class is considered a late cancel and credit for that class will not be returned.

The $15 late cancel / no-show fee for Unlimited memberships exists to:

•  Honor the waitlist and give other clients the opportunity to move their bodies

•  Protect the experience by keeping classes full, energized, and intentional

•  Respect our instructors’ time and the structure of each session

Unlimited memberships give you the freedom to book as often as you’d like—and this policy ensures that access stays fair and available for everyone.
