Erin Cantrell is a passionate fitness professional with over two decades of experience; her boutique studios, Erin Cantrell Fitness and Sol Society are built on the belief that movement should empower, not intimidate.

Erin’s approach combines the precision of Pilates, the energy of functional training, and the mindfulness of holistic wellness. Every class is thoughtfully designed to help clients build strength, improve posture, and feel at home in their bodies.

  • I’m Annie! As a professional dancer, fitness has always been a key focus in my life. When I retired from the stage in 2022, I made the transition to pilates instructor and am trained and certified in barre, mat pilates and reformer.

    I firmly believe that movement is medicine for optimal mind and body health. I am passionate and dedicated to help others improve their health, reach goals and most importantly- to always believe in themselves!

  • Physical movement has always been my greatest source of inspiration. After earning my BFA from NYU, I successfully channeled the discipline and passion from my training directly into fitness coaching. My goal is for you to leave every session feeling inspired, fiercely motivated, and radiating a post-sweat glow!

  • My name is Bella, and with a strong dance background, Pilates has always been a part of my lifestyle! As a Pilates instructor and dancer at The University of Michigan, I bring a deep understanding of movement and body awareness to every class. I aim to create a supportive, authentic, and motivational space where clients can build strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement!

  • I’ve been a Group Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer for 4 years and am NASM certified and Balance Body Reformer certified. I love fitness period and my motto is fitness should be fun! I love to bring the energy and motivation to everyone!

  • Hi everyone I’m Ginger!

    I have been a passionate mover all my life, with a background in running, dance and Pilates. Movement has always been the greatest passion of mine, so getting to share it with others and foster community through fitness is a dream come true.

    I always feel like my body is “smiling” after a Pilates class with worked, but stretched muscles. However, my favorite part of teaching is the community that is built as we work together. The hard moments when you look at your friend in desperation, the funny moments when a ball rolls across the room, and the sense of accomplishment we feel together at the end of each class.

    I believe fitness is one of the most powerful tools for self-empowerment, and I design each class with creative, progressive choreography that builds as we burn. I hope to see you in class!

  • Hi, I’m Ella! I’m passionate about Pilates and love the refreshing way it strengthens both the body and the mind. I started my Pilates journey by attending a class with a friend, since then I do a Pilates workouts almost everyday and ended up getting Pilates certified this past summer! As a freshman at the University of Michigan, it is my goal to help people discover how fun, energizing, and empowering Pilates can be!

  • Hi I’m Tessa, a freshman at the University of Michigan and I found Pilates as an outlet! It’s something that has helped me reset and feel stronger both physically and mentally. I fell in love with how it builds strength, but also confidence and control, and I want to bring that same energy into my classes! I want everyone to feel welcome, supported, and comfortable taking up space. My classes are fun, upbeat, and challenging in the best way. I want you to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what your body can do, knowing you showed up for yourself and pushed past what you thought you could do.

  • Hi, I’m Amiyah! Movement has always been a huge part of my life. With a background in bodybuilding, I love strength training and sculpting the body, but discovering Pilates transformed the way I connect with movement.

    Pilates improves my core strength, mobility, control, and mind–muscle connection by activating the smaller stabilizing muscles often overlooked in weight training. It taught me that true strength isn’t just about muscle it’s about balance, mobility, and control.

    My classes are designed to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered, leaving you connected to your body and proud of the work you’ve done.

  • Hi Pilates Hotties! I’m a STOTT certified Reformer and Mat Instructor with 2+ years of teaching private, group, and community classes and it has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.

    I’m originally from California and moved here August 2025, and Pilates has grounded me through every transition.

    My classes are a mix of STOTT-trained technique with a quicker pace designed to help you build strength, confidence, and balance, both physically and mentally.

  • Hi, I’m Caroline! I am a student at the University of Michigan studying Musical Theatre and Anthropology, and I’m here to help you reach your fitness and health goals! As a dancer and performer, I am always eager to find new and creative ways to move my body that I enjoy and that feel sustainable - pilates and strength training give me the tools to do that! I believe that movement is a language, and I want you to leave every class feeling fitter, energized, and ready for more. I look forward to seeing you in the studio!
